We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement for the incorrect or damaged item. We do not provide refunds.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
