Payment
A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. The balance is due on the day of service.
Late arrivals
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited.
Guests
No extra guests, to keep a peaceful, professional space. Please come alone unless discussed.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations are charged 50%. No-shows are blocked.

Is braiding hair included?
It depends on the service. Extension braids include the hair, while locs, miracle knots, and natural hair braids vary. Check the notes on each service.
Is a wash included?
Many services do not include a wash, so add one when you book. Check the notes on each service.
Do you braid kids?
Yes. Kids services are for ages 3-9. Extensions are added on.
